At Our Father's Farm, we proudly grow our exclusive brand of apricot kernels called Extremely Bitter. This unique cultivar ensures that our kernels are consistently bitter, providing the maximum benefits. You won't find this exclusive variety anywhere else! However, we produce only a limited quantity each year, so the demand often exceeds the supply.

We also offer another variety, the bitter apricot kernels, which consist of approximately 80% bitter and 20% sweet kernels. This mix occurs naturally during the pollination process.
